Redline going down like a slope

Hi everyone,

The last like 10k hands I've been running terribly, getting sucked out and PPs/AK never hitting anything. Running like 3 buyins below EV, and I consider this to be a downswing.

Been playing pretty solid on 5nl over the last 40k hands, but now when looking at my graph my red line is just rocketing down.

I just can't really find any major changes to my game, so what is the most common reasons for the redline going so steeply down?

I don't very often bluff and then give up on the hand, also I play pretty agressive from the blinds, so don't really see these two things as major non-showdown losses.

Any ideas?

this graph does not look bad at all. for the last 10k hands, you have what, less than 10BI in non-showdown losses? many people would laugh at that :)

anyway, why aren't you playing higher (10nl)? what sort of BRM is that?

(edit) also, ignore the EV line. it is only there to tilt you. really. trust me on that one.

Last time I tried 10nl I got slaughtered, but yes, mixing in some 10nl tables while playing 5nl and I aim to start playing there as soon as i get around 80k hands on 5nl with a decent winrate.

Nearly everyone has a negative red line its pretty standard and nothing to worry about if you are turning profit

that's not a negative redline, that's breakeven. It's also 100% standard at the micros. Most of your money SHOULD be coming from showdowns because the most common mistake among micro limit players is calling too much. Besides, the only line that matters is the green one anyways. I wrote an article here a few years back I'll try to dig up. It's about stopping trying to fit your game to achieve certain stats, but rather focusing on making better decisions and the stats will fix themselves.

Nice brag.

3 buyins below ev is nothing, i have a 10buyin below ev on 5nl last month. just keep doing what you do, nothing else to do.
