If someone goes all in without looking at their hole cards in a live cash game and the action folds around to you then what is a profitable range to call here?

A friend of mine has started doing this in our home games and I would make sure to sit on his right next time. I mean this is so funny I always tried to sit on his left due to how aggressive he is but this new level of craziness reverses the ideal position on the table haha.

Anyways back on the question. Now I know purely mathematically the stack size is not relevant but still it cannot be ignored. So I would like to make a normal stack range and a deep stack range for these situations.

I'd probably call with 22+ A8+

Why would you call with 22? We are either a flip or way behind. We are only dominating in the rear scenario that he has a 2x hand. I am not sure about the minimum pair to call with but I am never calling with 22.

A8+ yes I completely agree.

What about Kx and Qx hands?

Why not we will be flipping a lot in this situation if we call?

Thinking about this I'm probably calling with most broadways and I might even call with all aces as well.

With a range of 33+, any ace, K2s+, K6o+, Q5s+, Q8o+, J8s+, J9o+ and T9s we have 63% equity against a 100% range.

Hands with 50+% equity vs atc would be any pair, any ace, any king, any suited queen, Q5o+, J6s+, J8o+, T7s+, T9o and 98s. Slightly weaker hands like J5s will be profitable too. Obv depends on effective stack depth and what's currently in the pot.
