Whats considered to be an average % on this stat?
What type of hands does this include (regarding value)?

1: depends on stakes and ring size. so somewhere between like 30%-65%.
2: hands that you raised with preflop and hit the flop or where there is a dry flop and others have not likely improved.

I don't know if that is really answering what you want to ask, try and be as specific as you can. "Type of hand" is a little vague.

I meant a raise vs. cbet. Not an actual cbet ;)
By type of hands I mean; lets say the average player raises the cbettor 10%, what does this say about hand strenght, on average. Is it likely to include bluffs/semibluffs or just sets/two pairs etc.

Full ring 50NL

I dont know much about that stat (and its standard values, especially on 50NL FL) but remember that it is connected with villain's calling range (eg. Cold Call 2Bet PF etc). If the calling range is very narrow (pocket pairs), cbet raise would probably indicate a set. On the other hand if calling range is wider (suited connectors, pocket pairs) it may be a semibluff. Actually on mikro stakes I see lots of people raising cbets with a flush draw to slow down the cbettor and to be able to see turn card for free. Thats all I can think of.

raise can be dangerous if you try it very often and I don't know much about stats but you can stay focus on your raise flop otherwise you might lose your cash,,,
