Questions to start over
When my box is zeroed, I redo a new deposit on some poker salar, (PokerStar, Titan, ...)
But I always doubt the best tournaments to start again in order to have some success.
I always start again, afraid of losing.
Can someone give me an example that really works?
Where to play gradually to go learning and not losing all my money.

What you need is simply bankroll management. You need a big enough bankroll to withstand the variance of poker!

For cash games, you'd ideally like to start with 50-100 buy ins of whatever stake you are playing at, and commit to staying at that stake until you have a big enough bankroll (50-100 buyins) at the next stake level.

For example, playing 10NL, where blinds are 5cents/10cents, and max buy in is $10, you would want a bankroll of $500-1000.

For tournaments, you want your bankroll to be at least 100 buyins, preferably 150. This means if the average tournament you play is a $5 buyin, you want a bankroll of at least $500-750.

Using these rough guidelines will help prevent you from blowing through your bankroll, and will help you withstand variance. The key is to commit to a stake level and not play tournaments or cash games that are too pricey. It's a tough thing to do and it takes self-discipline, but it is definitely possible. Personally, its something I'm still working on :)
