Question about PLO ring game buy-in

I have read a lot about BR management here and I have read some on buying in full vs short stacked. My question though is. Overall is it better to buyin in for $5 at one table or $1 at five tables. I want to try and multitable at 01/02 PLO but I know I dont want to buy in full at 4 or 5 tables (for a total of $20-25) as I believe this will put me out of my BR range for playing.

Opinions please.

You want to buy in for the max. In PLO games you will wind up quite a few times playing for entire stacks with 2 or more people. If you have the nutz you want to maximize your return.

When it comes to multitabling PLO I think its a good idea to have at least 100Xbb not only to maximize your winnings but to be able to protect your hands by not giving your opponents the potodds to call a gutshot on the turn. This often happens when you pot pre, pot the flop, but then you dont have enought to pot the turn...opponent will call you down and suck out...

My advice would be to play 2 to tables with $5 maximum buy-in, instead of 5 tables with minimum buy-in

Questions about PLO often get lost in the shuffle of all the HE discussions. You will find that the members who like and play more of this game will seek out posts on this subject But it also takes them time to find them. And because of this your question moves down the queue.
