I make a query. We are in button, I open September 10 to 2.5 bb suit and big blind bet for 3 to 9 bb villain we have no data
Is it good every now and pay 3 bet from the big blind from the button being over 100 if we both bb and our hand is 9 10 suit?
Is the same example if we have a hand like 55, 66, 77?

I understand it to say that they raise with T9s on the BTN and the BB re-popped it to 9bb. The question is whether or not it's okay to call from the BTN with T9s and then an additional question about mid pocket pairs in the same situation.

It is okay sometimes when in position, but only sometimes. Blinds will often play back at you when you open-raise from the BTN because you look like you're FOS.

Shovel and pralines. If I understand your dilemma, I would suggest folding immediatley.

Ok, I'm going with Benji's translation. I think you said that you had no information on your opponent. With suited connectors you should probably just let this go (fold) until you have at least some read on him. The same goes for pairs (55,66,77) but to a lesser degree. Both the pairs and the suited connectors are hands that need to improve in order to continue. With the pairs you're going to want to see another card of the same rank (a set). That will happen about 1 in 7.5 (6.5:1) hands meaning if every $1 you call you'll need to make $6.50 when you win just to break even. It get's even worse with the SC's where you will want to flop at least 2 pair to continue. The odds of that are about 11.5:1. So if you bet $3 and get raised to $9 you'll have to call another $6. On the rare occasions that you flop 2 pair or better you will need to make $69 just to break even. That's a pretty tall order to fill so if you're going to call you need to have a plan. no read on opponent = no plan.

True that having no read on your opponents is a big factor that I neglected to factor in myself. Also, you need to know the effective stacks because these hands are far more playable with deeper stacks. You'll fold 100% of the time if you get 3bet by a mid-or-short stacked player, and even, in your case, a fully stacked (100bb) player. There's just not enough to be made in the situation to warrant continuing.

Thank you.
No speak English very well but eventually understood my question. I ask that because if we open a lot of button and lounged much we lose a lot of money and most likely we are boarding with tinted hands

Exactly. Couldn't have said it better myself.
