My major fault is overrating my chances in a pot, since tightening my game I'm losing less often in tight hands.
Don't listen to this guy. 20/8/2 is not optimal. Your VPIP and PFR need to be a lot closer than that. If this is 6max then I can't tell you exactly (beacuse I play FR), but I know its not 20/8. 2 is not bad for an AF but I usually like to get up to about 2.5 or so. I guess it just depends on your playstyle.
As far as listening to PTR - there really is no point. PTR just finds the players with the highest winrate at your level and tries to compare your stats to theirs. It doesn't necessarily mean that is the perfect way to play.
If you're tighter than 75% of players, then it is expected you will be more aggressive than 75% of players as well. Tight players often have a high AF, because when they play a hand they are usually a pre-flop favorite and thus are expected to be aggressive.
