Pt3 technical question

Hi! I recently installed poker tracker 3 on my pc and it gets tha hands while im playing properly and stores them in the processed file but: It doesnt bring the results in the cash platform meaning its not processing anything just storing. I tried to put them in manually but it sais 'unknown file format'.Why is that since theyre .txt files? If i click on the settings button i wont get the players' name and i know that using windows 8 is not the problem since its supported. Please help!!

Have you told the program which player is you yet by adding an Alias?

you need to contact pokertracker, go to pokertracker.com logg in and go to support, select ptr3, click contact us, select installation/configuration and explain in an email best you can your problem/

alias? didnt know i had to specify that? how do i do that?

It's on the General Tab. Right hand side. Close to the top.

yeah i can see an edit button there but when hit nothing happens. Maybe the program i downloaded is the problem. Thnx hillbilly!
