Hi I'm new here, and just wondering if anyone would help me too define my problem with 5nl rush on full tilt. I feel like 2nl is quite easy, but 5nl is getting me so frustrated - almost everyday is the same: won 5BI in 2000 hand, after another 1000 hands lost 6BI and again, and again. Sometimes it's so hard to go into showdown, everyone folds or 3 bets, 4 bets, re-raises with air and in the end all that I earn eaten, by folds or in the muck.

With local regs I have 1-2k hands and I feel like I can adjust to their style and not only protect myself from their play but sometimes I manage to outplay them. But still I cannot break even. I saw some experienced players at this level, esspecialy one guy with stats like 31/25, 3bet:19 squeze:20 (1,6k hand sample), he's opening for 4,5 even 5,5 BB, then non stop shoves almost pot sized bets. I went to showdown with him few times and won (many times he was shoving with any pair from the board), but still in the long run I'm bleeding out to his extreme opening style and I think most of the players too. It was hard to see him stacked below 300bb. Maybe that style is better for 5nl?

I'm attaching my stats, can anyone tell me what can I do to adjust and improve? Thanks :)

just compare your results , you are calling more preflop at 5nl 22/15 compared to 22/17 3betting less , going to show down less.

overall call less, 3bet more, get to showdown more often

positionally , stop calling in the BB, raise more often in the CO and open more often on the button.

Thanks, acctually these stats are mixed within my game progress, about 15K hands ago I realised that almost abusing the button and CO is a very profitable play. Now I'm about 25 CO, 44 Button, 20 SB, 22 BB.

Thanks for advice but still do I need to 3 bet more in position or do I defend the blinds more with 3bet? Because I find myself often in very difficult spot holding AJs, AQs or KQs (even AK) in SB or BB, 2 guys bet, and I 3 bet them 3,5X. One guy calls and the flop is dry for me. If I bet I get very often re-raised big and forced to fold. That bleed alot from my bankroll.
