When flopping TPTK, or even holding pocket 10s+ and flopping overpair, do you guys have a general pot size playing these? I've been trying to keep it around 30bb. What's your guys' ways with this?

Hi. I don't look at pot size per se, more on multiples of how big it got pre-flop. I generally stick to a standard line (1/2 pot bet or so) on the flop in order to prevent giving away hand strength, turn and river action depend quite a bit on the player or players still in the pot and the cards that come out.

I agree with you that in general (especially when most players have large stacks) you don't want to get too crazy with just TPTK or an overpair.

I do something like this, no idea if there are big mistakes:
Against tag 2street value, against nit 1.5, against nit on blinds 2 street, against tag blinds 3 street, against fish 3street, against agro 4street

To complex of a question to give a simple answer. On some boards/runouts I am going for 3 streets with TPTK. On some I'm not. Also like Brave said, against some villains I am always going for 3, some I am not.

This is valid for 1/2, 1/3 and 2/5 games, live games NL 100-150 big blinds.

Any hand you have if you decide to play it you come in the pot for a raise, either as the 1st player in or if you have limpers in front. At the flop, you c-bet 1/2 pot or if they check ahead of you, you always bet 1/2 pot as long as they check it to you. Only change what I've said when someone has raised in front of you or you get raised on any of your bets and you figure cannot beat the hand they represent, in that situation you fold. The small stakes players will never be able to keep up with you.

I'm not getting into the math importance at work in this claim because it will take me 10+ pages, but this is the correct way to play every hand if you purpose is to make money.

This is too general of a question to give a good answer. It depends a lot on the board, and on the action. I might bet all three streets in some situations and make a pretty big pot.

What IPlay said. Flop texture, number of players, and type of players really matter here.

What does 2 street value mean?
The betting rounds in poker like the flop, the turn, and the river are also known as streets.

So he means you can bet two streets, like bet on the flop and again on the turn, and still get value, in other words still get called by worse hands.

I don't know if he's correct, but that's what is meant.
