This is valid for 1/2, 1/3 and 2/5 games, live games NL 100-150 big blinds.
Any hand you have if you decide to play it you come in the pot for a raise, either as the 1st player in or if you have limpers in front. At the flop, you c-bet 1/2 pot or if they check ahead of you, you always bet 1/2 pot as long as they check it to you. Only change what I've said when someone has raised in front of you or you get raised on any of your bets and you figure cannot beat the hand they represent, in that situation you fold. The small stakes players will never be able to keep up with you.
I'm not getting into the math importance at work in this claim because it will take me 10+ pages, but this is the correct way to play every hand if you purpose is to make money.
