Title says it all. I have a really sexy looking red line, and a not so good looking blue line based on 103k hands. (I play full ring cash, and sometimes I play rush/zoom poker. Rarely will I play heads-up or 6 Max.)

I've done a lot of reading and it says I am pretty loose aggro, or I bluff a lot? But can we learn from this and say that I should keep doing what I am doing in regards to aggression, and mix my play up when I have hands with showdown value? Or would you argue that I should bluff less.

I think you need to look deeper and see where the losses are. On the surface it looks like you are going to far with weak hands, but are you betting every street and getting called, or getting passive and losing at show down? I would look at what hands, and in what position you are losing too.

Thanks. I haven't really studied my hand histories until more recently. I started looking at my hand histories to see where I made mistakes (based on ABC theories), but will have to review how I played where I lost at showdown, etc.

Same boat as you. I know what I'm doing wrong, I try to get my oppoenents off of their hands too much, and I'm paying them when they have it.

I think we love taking down pots, which is the objective, but when we overestimate our fold equity we get burned for it. The worse is when we think we can bluff them off, even with all of the evidence in the world that we are behind, lol.
