Hey, as some of you know Ive been doing terrible this month and I just went through my database to review some hands and Ive found that I am playing a little bit looser than I have been which may be part of my problem. I am running at 22/18 (VPIP/PFR) in June and I was only like 18/15 for my previous 50k hands or so.

Ive looked through lots of hands and I seem to have started raising the button a little too much I think with limpers already in the pot. With 1 or more limpers in I have started raising hands like 87o, 108o, basically any two cards just trying to take the dead money.

My question is what is your raising range for the button when there are 1 or 2 limpers already in the pot (assume they have atleast 75BBs each) in a 6max NLHE game.

Well it's a play that can reap huge profits, but it can also spew like shit from a baby's ass - it's completely player dependent.

I play FR so I definitely am not making these moves as often as a 6max player, but for FR I'm pretty aggressive with it. The main thing I look at are my opponent's general pf stats (30/2/1 limps with much worse hands than a 16/9/3 for ex), how often they give up postflop (mainly fold to flop bet stat), and their general showdown stats (bigger wtsd = less likely I'll bluff them).

So really it depends. The main stat I look at is FFB and I basically isolate my whole range with position if it's above like %70 and if the blinds aren't too likely to come along either. I dunno, I could be more specific with real situations.

It's tough for me to give a clear cut range for this because it's so player dependant. For the most part though it probably looks something like this :

22+,A2s+,K5s+,Q8s+,J9s+,T8s+,97s+,86s+,75s+,64s+,54s,A8o+,K8o+,Q9o+,JTo,T9o,98o,87o

And FWIW, according to HM, about 75% of all my profits come in pots where there's 1 or more limpers before the action gets to me.

At 10$ NL, I raise pretty much any two. But then again, I raise about 35% of my hands preflop, so... yeah.

I'd prolly tighten up once I move up in stakes, but the players at these limits are just soooo tight passive, that you can raise/c-bet your way to big profits.
