That is totally up to you. I almost always use a HUD when I play online. It makes it easier for me to keep track of what's going on. I also usually play 6-9 tables. No way I could do that without one.
I finished watching and made some notes on some spots. Please note that this is just my opinion. I am by no means an expert and I typically play full ring, so keep that in mind.
10:13, 6max table: KJo in the HJ I think is an open. Player in seat 5 seems to be a major fish.
10:13, Full Ring: AKo in SB.. Seat 9 makes a weird limp/min 3bet pre flop. I don't know how I feel about going AIPF with AKo at a full ring table without reads/stats. I think at the table I just flat and hope to hit a flop which may be bad, but his preflop actions throw me off. Usually when I see that it's a big hand (apparently not here as we see it multiple times with weak holdings.)
20:40, 6max: I can see why you have been playing tight at this table. The player in seat 5 has literally played almost every hand. Playing tighter is probably the way to go here. So I think its a fold with 97o in the BB vs seat 5's min open. OOP with the 9hi doesn't look very good to me.
22:00, 6max: TT on the BTN is probably a 3bet preflop. A good hand in position with a big fish in the BB. As played easy fold to the 4bet shove.
25:58, 6max: T9o OTB 4 handed I am opening here.
26:26, 6max: A8o I think I cbet the flop. Your hand is good here a lot imo. Ideally the short stack BTN would fold and if the fish in the BB comes along you'll be in position the rest of the way.
28:20, 6max: QJo in the SB 4 handed I iso the fishy limper. I think you probably folded so you wouldn't have to play the hand OOP but being 4 handed you have to loosen up quite a bit.
29:00, full ring: AKo in the HJ I like getting it in here vs the short stack. Another person using the limp/min 3bet line with nothing. Perhaps the same player as earlier.
30:00, 6max: I probably open the T9o here in the CO.
30:43 6max: KQo UTG 4 handed is an open for me.
31:30 6max: 96s in the BB I think I lead the A92r flop here in a limped pot.
38:08 right table: I usually open A6o in the CO.
44:10 left table: I think I open 44 UTG, but I am not sure if that's the right play. Probably really depends on how well you can play post flop.
46:00 left table: I probably raise the limper in the BB with A7o preflop. As played I bet the turn A for value against flush draws and mid PPs. Again on the river I bet the Q as well.
47:09 left table: 87s in the SB with three limpers before me I probably complete. I'd like for stacks to be deeper though.
54:00 right table: 64s in the BB. I think I lead bottom pair and fire again on the turn Q.
1:07:44 left table: I'm not sure about AQo in the SB here but I lean towards calling preflop. I'm really not sure without reads/stats though.
1:07:56 right table: ATo in the BB with 2 limpers I think I raise here preflop. I probably bet a bit more than half pot on the drawy flop with TPTK. Other than that I play it the same way as you most times.
1:11:16 left table: I think I open 22 in MP here.
Overall I think you play a bit too tight for 6 max. I think you would probably be better off sticking to full ring where you can get away with playing tighter. You will also probably be able to add a couple more tables this way... At least until you feel more comfortable playing post flop. Again, I am no expert at 6 max (or poker in general lol) and am also more used to playing with a HUD where I have a bit more information for tougher spots.
