What is the best way to play pocket JAcks in early position, this is a hnd that i tend to have trouble with?Any thought would be appreciated.

you have to raise with them but dont get to attached to them ita amaising 10s are an easy fold to resistance but jacks are hard to let go of lol

I agree with pifan. At times, pocket jacks can be great cards, but if you get called on a raise, and the flop comes ace/queen/seven, you know that it is time to get out of that hand. For the most part, pocket jacks have proved to be a difficult hand for me to play, as they often lead to a losing hand.

small raise

dont raise too much...i would only raise maybe two times the bb just to see what happens...anyone witha queen king or ace can beat you so you dont want to get too much money in early....too many players play crappy cards like k J os and will call a 3 bb raise and then the king comes and u are forced to fold...not as strong a hand as some may think the JJ
