Hi

I am still new at table selecting. I am playing 2nl full ring and am just starting to play cash as i played poker mtt's for 3 years. My bankroll is a bit small for mtt's.

At this level is it ok to play against tougher players? I just cant seem to find a good table. I also feel like i don't sit long enough at a table as i am really not motivated at this level.

I want to start staying longer and focus more on the players and just learn from it even vs good, normal players. Is that a good idea??

Any advice would be helpful as i am totally confused at table selecting, even though i know to look at players per flop and the average pot.

At this level the players aren't that tough. If you are new spend more time studying. Play fewer tables and play a tight solid game. If you think a player is better than you, or you can't see how play against him just don't do it, avoid playing hands you don't know how to play against his range. Study them after your session. When you sit a table you need to feel comfortable, like a lion.
You don't sound like one. Study more. Also avoid playing unmotivated. Try to make learning your motivation.
You'll get there !
