Playing Deep-stacked cash?

Hey guys,
I'm running fairly well on 5nl, and I'm thinking of starting to buyin deepstacked (250BB).
I've heared the whole game changes if you buy in deep.
So, what should I know before starting to buy in deep?

Need to be aware that spr's change dramatically when playing deep. If you don't know what that means go start reading.

I always used to buy in fully at the deepstack tables. Best to have fish covered all the time, but yeah gotta know which hands play better with deep stacks.
