Sorry about that Ron. I was trying to clean up you typo post, and accidently got the other one too. My bad.
As for me, I think if you're big stack early on, you need to tighten up considerably and pick your spots. After awhile I would pick on the shorter stacks to suck up their chips.
i like picking on middle stacked ppl. even if they have a hand they are likely to get off it because theres someone at the table on life support. the shortstack has vertually nothing to loose so betting them strong is giving them a reason to draw out on you.
starting hands??? as always relitive to position, i raise UTG and UTG+1 with the top ten, call with QJs or higher and fold QJoff and lower. midlle three is the same except i go downto 10-9s and fold 10-9 off. late/button these two i raise 3x bb. with just about anytwo cards long as there wasn't a caller.
early???? i go watch a ball game let ppl donk. above is bouble /late
early in a tourney with a big stack, i tighten up. I don't want to gamble, as everyone else is doing at this point of the tourney.
It's a whole different story later on in the tourney at bubble, or later (POUND the small/medium stacks!)
