I have been playing on 2NL and there are sometimes extreme short stacks sitting down with only 20 cents, so that's 10 bb. Usually they don't play a hand and just go all-in every premium hand. What are your opinions on how to deal with these guys? I thought about min-raising but then I sometimes give other people on my left the odds to call as well, which I don't want.

If they only have 10BB, they are going to get it in no matter which hand they decide to play. The best strategy here would be to try to steal their blinds if you are in position(As you noted they only want to play premium hands)

If you are sure that these players only play premium hands - this greatly simplifies your decisions. Answer too only with strong hands.

There are different types of players who have a lie, some all in all, and some can be played when you have a good hand. It's like this, you learn how to suck when playing a lot.

A tip I could give you is to try to get a seat on their left. This way you know when you can go for a steal of the blinds, and when you can only answer with strong hands (when they are involved). Generally, though, these guys aren't serious players - label them as fish and enjoy the free cash.

When you can, try to steal their blinds.

I think i would adopt the power of position with those small stacks, i would observe who plays what and when and how often they jam in position. Its marginal at best with small stacks most of the time..its about being patient and aggressive at the right time.

I think at these levels of poker sometimes its near impossible to fold out someone most of the time-now at .05/.10 table you can apply pressure to shorty,s when you have position,if its just me and shorty il apply pressure, giving no free cards, your bit of info might be helpful as well they are only pushing top tier hands, you can use any bit of info you can get,and maybe convert that info into cash

pick your spots, put pressure on the blinds when in postion and just wait for the right cards to jam in there

Some great advice here. I very much appreciate it. I think my problem is just not having the right odds. For example I am on the button, raising to 0.06, SB folds, BB with 0.20 stack goes all-in.
0.06+0.01+0.20= 27
27-20= 14
14/27x100= 51.8%
So basically I should have the best hand or fold. But I call too often with 2 undercards and then I'm just chasing. I'll take up your advice.
