Since I assume this is FLHE, I would most often raise with this hand on the button when everyone folds to me.
Most often the SB will fold. And this will cause the BB to fold as well because the odds to call are not there.
If it is re-raised by one of the blinds, then I'll call and see a flop. If I hit a good draw or top pair, then I'll raise. If not, then I'm probably done with the hand.
You gotta keep the pressure on the blinds.
Unless it's my blind, then you gotta fold. ;)

I agree. If it's just you and the blinds, I would raise (not too much if its NLHE.) At that point the pressure is on them, and they will assume you are looking at 2 face cards. Hopefully they don't have ladies waiting to greet ya, b/c if they come 3x over the top it's probably time to bail.

Your on the right of small blind so your on the button. It is veryyy but very rewarding if you raise! This will be a semi bluff in some way. Your hand isnt great but you could win the pot cause of your position on the players. On the other hand if your called you could get a nice flop and still win the pot if you play it well. Now, if you get a reraise which is unlikely, if its too high u should fold it, but a fair raise by your opponent could be called since you have position and this could cause huge potential odds if a five comes or something that a five is used to make a good hand, or even the flush! so go for it and if played well you will see a nice profit by the end of your round :)
