I'm playing £0.02/0.04 six-max cash game. In the cutoff with QQ. UTG raises to 0.12, I re-raise him to 0.32. Its folded back over to initial raiser who for some reason 4-bets to 0.40. I call his 4-bet. Pot is £1.10
Flop is 6h, 2s, 7s. Villain bets 0.83 in 1.10, and I call. Pot is £2.76
Turn is 4h. Villain bets half-pot. I go all-in for £2.43, villain calls.
Villain shows KK, to my QQ, and the river comes 8h.

Would anyone play this differently, went all in because of two possible flush draws, straight draw?? Any advice.

Hmm, hard to say, it depend, I could go all in too, cant say that for sure. I think that opponent have lot of money in his account and he play in small tables to buy smaller players bets by doing big raises, and he taked the risk with you, and sadly he had bigger hand pair, just 1 bigger, than you, but he didnt know that, he may think you have almoust flush, but he desited to take risk, because of his big account money amount..

Disregarding the results i like calling preflop. If you 3b and he 4b here its not a bluff and you are lucky to get it in good here. Maybe AK will do it but not as much as you need it to. Basically 3betting makes worse fold and better calling/raising which is the opposite of what you want.

Id only 3b AA and KK here vs most ppl and maybe some random hands mixed in.

As for how you played it when you call his bet you dont have AK most likely but some kind of over pair and his KK will beat all your over pairs since if you had AA you wouldve got it in pre. So when he bets the turn you are beat. I dont think he will be bluffing here ever. Also since he 4b pre i dont htink he has TT or JJ etc enough as well as AKss to keep betting like that.

I would play it by calling pre.

As played i would fold turn given i have no reads.

I think you played it great pre. When he re-reraised it should have set off alarm bells unless he has been playing super loose and/or super aggressive. When you called him there, it most likely would have frozen him with AK (except maybe AKs) or with 10-10 or less. On the flop, you basically can only beat JJ or AK which means AA, KK, or a set has you beat. There is a lot of fold equity there.
Having said that, it is micro stakes and assuming you were practicing sound BR management, it wasn't exactly a terrible play.

pretty much gonna get felted here no matter what you do unless you just flat call every street and he does not push thats just the luck of the game . now if you had built a larger stack before this hand you might have left some bailout room but with what you had and never an ace or king hit its just bad luck for you here
