The different cash games of the tournaments have no time to finish or rest. The player has to make his time. Maybe this is the biggest case of tilt in games. Playing poker for several hours, the time comes that the brain will get tired. the great problem that this fatigue is not visible and this damages the mental health of the player and possibly the game itself

Why not just get out of the table and not rest?

This depends from person to person, but yeah people will get tired without noticing and then they will get tilted. The only way I can think of that can prevent this is taking a break or if you cannon identify when you need to take a break then play a fixed amount of time, like an hour, then take 15 min. break and come back.

Poker is a very complex game, there are many variances in many mistakes. It's good to stop a bit, and this has been my biggest difficulty in poker, I need to learn to take some time.

It's not a cache game problem - you can always stop and rest as long as you want. This is a problem of long tournaments, which sometimes last for 10-12 hours. And it is obvious that 5 minutes break at the end of the hour is not enough for rest.

Yes, I totally agree. In the end, the tournaments are so long that you sometimes get tired of playing them.

Oddly enough, I enjoy this "stamina" element to tournaments -- but only if it's for big bucks. I find I have more playing stamina than the majority of other players and do well in it.

If I were playing live, however, that would be a different story altogether. It would be a serious pain to have to both sit there & feel the continued physical observation of other players.

For online tournaments, I like to use the App TeamViewer. I'll download this to my iphone and ipad and I can share my computer's screen onto the portable device.

That way you can play tournaments soaking in a nice relaxing bath! Just don't drop your phone in!

The best way to make a stop in your game and came here in the cardschat post something or even replicate something posted.
The more you play the greater are the possible rare events that can ruin your day.
