Is Party Poker dodgy?

I just can't turn profit on party poker cash games the past 7 weeks. I just keep losing even though in my revision I am playing mostly sound winning poker. I am getting fluked out of big important stack pots all the time, which brings my winrate to negative.

Look at this hand for example. It's so weird. Note: the only reason I called the minrase with KK was because of Player 4 (who later folded). He was an overly 3bet active TAG preflop squeezing, I was expecting his squeeze. Meanwhile a player behind him did a squeeze anyway....

Okay I will elaborate. I deposited $12 to PP. Immediately ran it up to $37 on their cash tables with no trouble at all using basic ABC poker, nothing fancy, all the flops were straight forward and my cards would usually have an enormous number of outs even if I didn't obviously have the nuts from the beginning. Then the next day it was completely different. Kind of your situation as you describe. This stayed the same until my next deposit and my initial scenario repeated itself again. This lasted for a few hours of play (I played longer this time) and again turned into your scenario. Many will explain this away as variance.

That is the beauty and horror of poker as long as opponents have outs anything is possible just got knocked out of tournament had KK V 1010 all in on 9 high flop ten peels off as usual on river.
Cash is tough with rake and all good lucklayingba

This is all in the space of 30-40 mins. Had to turn it off, otherwise I would have jumped through a wall.

Then 2 more Flushes and nothing.

320 hands. No flush. My best 3 hands: the Set (see above), Straight (see above) and a house when I won smacking $1.27

I get variance and that anything is possible. The coincidences are uncanny. I play on PP for free if I have nothing better to do. Got tired of running into all sorts of unlikely nuts.

I know. But I am showing losses since September. Had a brief period where I up for a bit just getting crushed. More losing sessions than winning. Winning sessions win less.

Since you are on about a tourney. Last week I was knocked out when had . Flop came. This guy was betting on the Flop. I call. (This was a Bounty). Turn . He bets heavy. I shove all-in. He calls. He shows . I was 95% favourite with only 1-card to come. Sick!

Another recent Tourney. The 3 guys had a cumulative 40% equity against me, but still.

And here a bigger tourney $33 buy in bounty. That's why I went for the kill, he was quite loose this player. Still had a good coinflip against him. Didn't go my way.

And sure meanwhile getting crushed by absolute donkeys in cash games..

Don't get me wrong, there are some decent goo regs at the tables, and I am not a superstar either, but 4/6 are total fish believe me, and just can't beat the stakes! I utilise my implied odds correctly, my biggest losing hands are high 2 pair, and sets. FML

Looks like I may have discovered a big leak in my game sinking my winrate. Though the above sample hands are sick haha.
