Dealing with paired flops OOP is one of the most difficult situations in cash poker.Any help? When is it right to cbet, when to double barrel and when to give up?What hands are considered to be bet for value at such a flop?

baudip1 is right. There are so many factors go into a hand, its hard to answer such a general questions as this.
My first question is, why are you OOP? Did you limp or raise or 3bet?
And believe me, we aint even started yet. So hopefully you understand why the first two answers you get are saying the same thing. The only difference is, I use more words ;-)

I'm going to assume you're heads up, because a couple of things change if you're in a multi-way pot.

1. Hopefully you've put the villain on a set range of hands before & after he/she calls the 3bet.

2. If his/her range isn't within the texture of the flop, I personally would c-bet here 100% of the time if stack sizes & villain tendencies are appropriate to do so.

...but even still.. it depends.

Paired flops, 3 flush, and 3 straight boards a really good to check raise if OOP... regardless of your holdings. Very powerful move.

If you 3bet preflop I'm assuming that you had paints, pocket pair, or a strong hand that you liked preflop. Since you're OOP, I would say a moderate C-BET would the best course of action to

1) get information
2) to protect your table image so other players don't try to bully you in later rounds.

If they called your 3BET and CBET, then they have a hand that they're not easily going to lay down so at this point it may be wise to consider check/folding the turn in the face of a bet to you if they turn didn't improve your hand.

It's a tough situation but that's usually the case when OOP.
