Optimal duration cach session

Question to the cach players.
What is the optimal length of the session in a cach?
I usually have a session lasting 3-4 hours, with interruptions of 10 minutes every hour. I play 6 tables 6 max or 4 tables zoom.

For some people red line behavior indicates changes in the play style. So I would follow your red line and see if it start to go in different rate than before to get hints when session is too long. Obviously green line is good indicator too, but red line reacts to mood better.

If it goes erratic all sessions I would guess you just play too many tables.

One zoom table is supposed to be 4 regular tables, meaning you should handle 16 regular tables.

It's hard to play your A game for more than a couple hours, but if you have a profitable b game at the stakes you are playing this might not matter as much. A normal session for me is 1-2 hours but i play for 7+ occasionally if I'm in the zone.

I am unbeatable in the first 4 hours LIVE. Only bad beats which I have no control but I always end up on a positive note in the first 4 hours.

But normally, I end up play 6-8 hours. I can't just get out when 4 hours is done - my weakness.

Everybody is different I tend to play until my mind starts to wonder or I've taken several tough beats but if I'm up a decent margin and feel focused I've played for 7-9 hour sessions in cash.

If the game is good I try to play as long as possible regardless of me winning/losing; on other hand if game is bad I might cut it short.
It works out to be ~3-5 hrs.

I too feel like my bankroll suffers after more than 2h of play, although it's hard to quit when you have a huge fish at the table that you want to stack off. The length of the session obviously depends on you though. Playing too many tables at once can be very mentally exhausting, so in that case cut down on the amount of the tables or take more breaks.

I do not play at all for more than 2 hours. If more I start to lose.

It depends. Sometimes I play 2-3 hours on one or two tables, and sometimes I play just 1 hour but on four tables.

Play always only one table, a session of no more than 3 hours! Longer than 2 hours to play is already problematic!
