I am not 100% sure what you meant to say with the first sentence. I feel like you meant to say, "Is it better to start with online poker sites or going straight away to the real/live tables?" If that's not what you meant, please correct me and I'll help you say it in correct English.

I am a huge fan of online play for beginners, unless they have family or friends who will play penny-stakes games with them. When you are first learning, you are bound to lose some money. You will lose less money online because you can play for smaller amounts. When you are first beginning, you want to learn to make the right plays without the fear of losing. It is easier to practice the right bets when you're not afraid of losing the amount you're betting.

Don't feel bad about losing some money at first. It is to be expected that you'll lose some at the start. The nice thing about playing online is that you are losing smaller amounts when you lose. And, you get to practice a lot more hands.

Poker is a great game. I totally agree there.

Honestly say you should start live with 100NLH. Sure you can get great experience online with micros. BUT, online does not train you for the pressure and anxiety that you will feel during a live game.

Live poker is better but may be often harder. I am new to offline poker but many play a bit offensive without any cards and i think they wouldnt be doing this offline

I like offline poker more

I like offline poker more. The advantage of offline poker is that you can learn the psychology of the opponent completely, looking at his behavior and reaction during the game. I started playing offline poker and played for 5 years, then I switched to online poker because in our town stopped playing hold'em, and started playing Omaha. In off-line poker you can chat at the gaming table, joke and discuss handouts. In offline poker it's easier to bluff if you are confident in yourself.

If I did that, I would be broke in no time.

Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but slot machines are designed in such a way that you will end up with -EV on the long term, so there is no "winning strategy" for slot machines, as opposed to poker. This is why I will never touch these games.

Online is more dificult than offline i think.

At offline poker you have other sences to know the other players.

I started my poker journey live, so that's what I prefer, but you play the game however you can, but you have to adjust.

In offline poker, there are no problems with the random number generator.

For starters, I recommend online poker. You can simply enter low levels for little money or for play money until you know the mechanics of the game well.

I prefer online poker. Offline poker is boring for me, because I can't open 4 tables.
