It's much harder to learn hand rankings in PLO than it is in Hold'em
That being said if you are able to learn them you can do quite well.

The swings are bigger in PLO though so unless you have a strong stomach I wouldn't advise going after that.

If you do want to learn look up JNandez, he has tons of great content on the game of PLO!

And it’s easier to lose. So many times I had effective nuts on the turn, and the river changes all. Yo have to be really careful on every street, and play with real caution to win in PLO. To many combinations in this game.

I always found Omaha harder to play, it's so confusing and hard to think ahead, hard to find nuts and have no idea what hand is better, beyond that i'm not ok with pot limit at all

I'm agree)
PLO is easier, the players are less agreesive usually and there are more combinations when in NLTH, but they are well known, so I can foresee it.
And play as the other player has it)
or I have)

I feel PLO has more opportunity for building huge stacks quick due to having even equities preflop no matter the holding due to four cards which encourges more players to get involved preflop. Unlike in Holdem everyones just waiting for quality holdings. PLO is such a fun game, my favorite, run your equity. If you're looking for action PLO is the game to play. Gamble Gamble. GL

In Omaha, the best way is to move the appanent. Therefore, it is more difficult to read the map as for me. Well, the game of Omaha is much more active and interesting than holden.

By easier I mean it's easy to start, you don't have to table select or wait. And you will have constant action. Average VPIP is about half at Omaha, compared to best normal tables. And those high VPIP players are the best.

Omaha is much harder to win at and requires a significant bankroll to play. However, the rewards are greater than in any other game, that is: you can start from a very small amount and build it up extremely quickly. That's what makes it so interesting and addicting to play.

Omaha used to be profitable with so many players not knowing how to play it. I used to win loads off newbies holding an ace thinking they had a flush with 4 on the board. It's changed now the game became more popular. I gave up after some really bad beats when I flopped the nuts.

This type of poker is still good, it is very easy to get to link strong hands.

PLO has more opportunity. But is more difficult to learning and Turn into real earnings. I prefer holdem to make money, in a long run its more rentable.

Yesterday I decided to play Omaha after holden. Somehow at the beginning everything was very simple, and then like that 15 the distribution in a row did not go on the card and I had to do a bluff, not a good one.

I have not had success in plo but have crushed it in plo8. For some reason people don't seem to understand that game when it's really quite simple. It's by far the easiest game to make money at. As long as you are not playing at a table where everyone is playing correctly. In that case all the chopped pots and rake become a problem and is not worth playing. But at the lower stakes no one is playing correctly.

Hmm i don't think so.
My personal opinion is that omaha is so harder then holdem.
So i can't say i agree with this, but i guess it depend, maybe for other players it is easier then holdem.

I wouldn't say it's easier. Omaha is an even more dispersive discipline than hold'em. here you need to be prepared for changes and have nerves of steel.

For a beginner, Omaha is very difficult to understand, I play often, and I noticed that there are very few weak players. The range of hands is very wide and it is very difficult to read players.. When the game is not going, bad hands, playing Omaha is suicide... it's very difficult to bluff... Omaha and luck, the key to success I think :)

One thing to that I noticed in this thread is no one talked about position. Reading the board and determining the nuts on every street. Flopping the nuts is rarely permanent. Patience is key. Drawing to the nuts is also key.

I guess it depends individually, due to your style of playing and many more factors.
