Ok I play very tight and probably to tight for certain situations. Here are a few scenarios that I encounter and could use some advise on how to handle.

I raise 4xBB in mid-late with pocket pair say between 99 and QQ and I get 2-3 callers including SB and BB, flop comes 3 6 K rainbow and on of the blinds leads out for pot size or just over pot bet, now for me to call its gonna cost me say 1/4 of my stack, can I make that call or do you reraise or what. Usually I fold to bets if theres a overcard on the board and I didn't hit, only to see someone else call and my card hit the turn or river and they only had middle pair.

Lets use the same scenario only I'm in early position and only get 1 caller but flop comes 7 A K and I CB and they come over the top what do you do. Or they just call do you fire again on the turn or give up and hope they check.

What I really need is to record a tournament and a cash session and have people watch and let me know what I'm doing wrong. But i have no clue what software to use or how to use it and post it.

To start at the end, try Poker Tracker 3 to record and replay hands/tourneys. You can download a free trial version.

The scenarios you depict can be exasperating. Can you give more info - what limit are you playing, cash or tourney or SnG?

Generally you want to be betting your high pairs preflop to get heads up. Usually a 4BB raise is enough (especially if you have tight image) but if the tables you play at need more, put in more. It is good to play lower pairs for cheap when the table is loose - the plan is to see a cheap flop and nail the calling stations and idiots when you hit a set. If you get loads of action with overcards on the board don't worry about ditching the queens.

If in the first scenario it goes to a showdown and the BB was holding A6 without a flush draw then you have paid for some very useful information. Don't fret too much about that hand - your plan is to get their stack and if it takes a few losses so be it. A good thing to bear in mind at lower stakes is that there are plenty of poor players who will think there is easy money in bullying - let them think they are bullying you for several hands and then, when you hit a set, get it all back and more.

Of course, sod's law dictates that when you get trip queens they will fluke a straight, but that's poker ;)

The reason you're having a hard time is because these are player dependent spots. If you don't have a HUD then you will have to be very observant of your game to play these properly. Depending on my opponents stats my actions with these hands on the flop would vary greatly.

I think in the first spot you have to jam or fold, and pretty much always fold. If its down to HU by the time its your action then jam becomes a possibility depending on the opponent, but probably not. It sucks, it happens, sometimes you have to eat it.

The second one is trickier. Unless you have a compelling reason not to I think you have to cbet that flop. If the oppoenent is a super cbet calling station then maybe make it a delay cbet, so they think you were hoping to trap some value out of them by making them try to steal the pot when you checked the flop. Another trick here I love is to make a bet that begs for a call. Something just big enough to look like you are trying to build a pot, but small enough to not scare people away. Since this is a scare board, that is terrifying to an opponent who is paying any attention at all, or they are going to make a move over your top with a hand that has you beat anyway, and it didn't cost you as much as it otherwise would have.

The sad thing here is all you'll ever do is make weaker hands fold and pay better hands. With the possible exception of making some sort of k fold in the second scenario. Sometimes that's all you can do though, I'd rather make a small risk to snag the pot for myself than either call off money hoping to win a hand I have no hope in or give away my pot that was for the taking if I'd sacked up.
