I played something like this when I first started (for like 1st week), it is good for total beginners. Less dominated hands, the better.

Yes, totally for beginners. Good starting point for anyone who is serious about getting into cash games. I wouldn't advise jumping into deep water and playing loose without understanding these fundamental principles first.
