Hi

After 30k of hands on NL2 I'm on +value opening with suited aces A10s-A2s
My ultimate line here is to hit flush, but depending on a flop I cbet/fold.

I know it is a small sample but what should I change, open them only from a late position? Limit me to suited aces having straight odds like A2s-A5s and than A10s?

Thanks for hints

You should limit them to suited aces. A10 and A5-2 do have the added benefit of making straights. A9-6 you're hoping to hit a flush, sometimes two pair or a boat might be good if the variance is with you.
How is 30k a small sample? That would be approx. 1000 hours of live play. I don't know where the bell curve is but I would think you are close. If you're having +value with these hands it sounds like you're doing it right. just keep it up.

It's better to play low ax suited hands cause of the additional outs.

With A-10 suited some flops can be real bad for your hand besides the obvious air. When you flop K-10-4-2 hearts and you have spades then you wont have a clue where you stand and if you happen to make a call and the turn comes an ace then you could be gold or drawing dead to ak or qj it's tough.. This is why say a4 hearts is a much better gambling hand in the blinds or any position really. When you get your draw it's easy and when you flop 8-j-4 it's a great place to bluff or call. Turn comes an ace then your probably gold making aj less probable. However if the turn comes 7 on the same board and your opponent seems strong then kj-aj very probable and it's an easy fold even if it's a bluff. If your opponent is likely to bluff and the boards runs out 8-j-4-4-2 Then a check on the turn could induce a little bluff,or a big one on the river because he probably doesn't think you have a 4.

So as you can see little ax suited cards better potential than higher ax suited cards and in many cases anything over ace 6 suited should be dumped unless it's as high as AJ SUITED :)
