New line for AQ in SB vs preflop raise!!

So I play mainly 50nl now and in most average games I fold AQ preflop a lot from the blinds against raises as I have been losing a consistent amount of money with that type hand in that situation. I used 3bet preflop sometimes with that hand but it still led to a lot to digest post flop if I got called and if I got reraised it was instant fold.

I have started now (against average game) to call preflop especially in heads up situations and then led out betting on any flop that doesnt have paint on it and it has been very successful as of late. People who have strong hands will most times reraise in which its an easy fold and people with similar hands might float but a bet on turn usually does it and some people dont even float and will just fold out right. I suggest anyone try this and let me know how it works out for yall.

Ooooo. I actually have been trying this method myself. I make the limp call in early position more now and just a check/call in big blind/small blind. I'd say 70% of the time i raise, 25% of the time I limp, and 5% of the time I just fold. It has been working out a lot better and I have been able to trap some people that have weaker aces or even a weak queen. I'm always ready to fold though.

I don't find the reason to you fold.Maybe someone all in or raise more than 5BB is a reason to fold.

mostly flat AQ (80%flat , 20% 3bet) from the blinds from early position raiser , 50/50 flat/3bet from MD position raiser 80% 3bet , 20% flat from late pos raiser.
Depends abit on villain also for example will flat more from rock rasing , 3bet more against LAG.
