need strategy tips for 5nl zoom

so i have couple o questions about 5nl zoom tables strategy.first question is:i have found many time my self openig 3x raise from the btn seat with aq-aj and qksuttied and the facing a reraise from the sb or bb.so?which is the right move here?4 beting or just call?i dont think folding is right.second question.again iam on the bth seat with the same hands.opening 3time raise and get called by.flop: 774 rainbow.sould i c-bet here?

AK then 4Bet, AQ just call and see flop. He can 3bets you with something like pair or something suited good cards too. AQ and AJ is not strong hand to 4bet

What have you done to help figure out what to do in this situation? Asking here and in other forums isn't the only way to learn. For instance, have you ever tried watching every hand play out for a few hours? By doing so, you can see and thus learn things... like what range players at this level tend to have to 3bet from the blinds.

Sure, it's less fun. That's why learning is called working on your game.

First of all when you see re raise from, if u have A10+ i would just call and see flop, even with AK suited because that's a hand that dont deserve 4bet. About orphan flops i suggest mixing your game, making a lot of re raises after ur opponent CB and making CBs (2/3 of the pot ) against opponents you cover.
