Look at what you did on your non-showdown hands. Since limping is a fairly common leak at the micros, I suspect you'll see that you have a net loss when you open-limped, limped behind, or limp-called. If so, you should obviously do these things less often, especially limp-calling which costs more and often puts you OOP.
Also look at the hands where you called an opening bet. Again, if you're losing when you do this, don't do it as often.
