I've touched this subject on another thread (can't find it, sorry) I started but didn't get any real discussion from it.
Here's a example. Let's say I'm UTG in a 6max game with [10c] [10d]. I raise 5BB and 3 other players call. Flop is [4h] [10s] [8h]. I'm probably ahead. If I was heads up I'd bet the pot right here and expect to get paid most of the times. The pot odds are incorrect for being called heads up.
But in a multiway pot the pot odds are always correct to anyone chasing a draw, assuming that at least one person calls the bet.
Thoughts on this?
