I have bankroll of about 50 bucks if I play 4 tables how much should I sit at each table with. I know 5% is a good number is it 5% at each table or 5% total at all 4

50 bucks means you shouldn't be playing with anymore than $2 at EACH TABLE.

you could technically play 25 tables with $2 at each....and you would be following proper BRM

if u can play solid and manage 25 tables ,yes

The debate about BRM at micros goes on all the time.

You have 25buy-ins(which is about right say so many people) so 2nl at 100BB and just multi-table your 4 should be fine.
