As the title says. I play at 10nl on stars and I want to move up but at 16nl there are just a few tables (I don't know about the players) and the math at this stake seems pretty hard. Should I jump directly to 25nl? I have the bankroll for 25nl but I don't know what to do.
Any advise? What are the difference between these stakes? My winrate at 10NL is 5bb - 60k hands. What should I expect to see at 16nl or 25nl?

Nothing wrong with playing 16 NL except that it's an awkward stake...that said, if you're rolled for 25NL you may as well play it. With that win rate, I'd guess 2bb/100

as long as your sticking to 2.5 / 3x standard raising, half pot bets etc you will be ok,

You get some good players in 25NL also theirs not alot too worry about in 16NL besides the pots are slightly smaller which some of us may prefer when it comes to pre-flop aggression.

the experience wont be a bad thing in 25NL, you might even find it easier depending on your playing style

They are both very similar. Play whichever you feel most comfortable with.
