Does anyone else find this? Or what techinques have helped you to stop tilt?
I think more tables helps to reduce tilt, since you are focusing on so many things. On the other hand the results of tilt are more catastrophic.
I find that the only way to really get over tilt is to play more.
Tilt occurs when your expectations and your results don't meet. The more you play, the more you realize what your expectations should be. The closer your expectations are to your results the less you will tilt. Your options are to either reduce your expectations or to improve your results. Time on the felt will probably do both.
