How much/often should I play to avoid playing tilted, tired, etc? I find that in the beginning of my sessions I'm crushing it. But, about a half hour in or so my stack starts to crumble. Yeah I do have some bad beats but I blame it on making mistakes and picking bad spots. Should I limit how much I play? And if so, should I go by number of hands or by hour regardless of how I'm doing?
