The only thing we know from your question is that you were not first to act. Will you be the last to act? are there others who might act after you? Those questions help you figure out implied
odds, vs
pot odds.
The chipstack issue will determine if you are putting a tourney life on the line, and whether or not you really feel certain about doing that.
Is the villain (opponent in question) a loose player or not?
To ask that question shows you are in the learning process, as we all are, and you will find so much info available here in the article sections that most books afterwards will seem like repeats.
