Micro Table Aggression
So lately, after a good run, variance has set in and in the past few days my bankroll has dwindled from the $100 mark down to $50 playing $5NL (it's the lowest limit on Bovada
...would like to be $2NL.)
I've felt really confident with my playing up until recently where it's been suck-out after suck-out. Literally, while multi-tabling 3 tables, within a 10 hand time frame, I ran into a straight flush while I had a flopped set and 2 sets of quads.
After some deep thought, I wonder if I'm being too aggressive at the micro limits. I feel like my biggest flaw is that I will try to steal pots maybe a bit too much. Also, the lack of any player notes really hurts but I will be switching sites soon.
Basically, do you feel like it's better to be NIT or more TAG at the micro stakes? I think I'm just questioning my actions because I've hit some bad luck but would like some input.
