I have been playing rush 10nl FR, 2-4 tables for about the last month now. The main reason for this is my computer is too slow and my monitor too small to play more than 4 tables at a time.
What I was thinking was I wanted to reach gold in the Iron man and sustain it as long as I am playing. 125 FTP's are pretty easy to get in a 2 hour session and I am not rolled deep enough to comfortably get near that at a standard FR.
Anyway, when I started to play rush I would quick fold all hands I wasn't going to play even if I had to fold to a large 3 bet or if there where people AI before me. Now I have slowed down a little and started clicking on the "sit out next hand" button when I wanted to see a showdown.
I also started going back in my HH after a session and made some notes on some people. I'm trying to do my work off the table to make this game pay as much as possible. This along with finally starting to learn postflop play(a little anyway), and I'm turning what looks like a nice start!
My strategy is very tight along with set mining all pairs except for 44 and under in EP. I do steal blinds from button only unless I have total trash. I quit stealing from CO without a decent hand because of all the 3-bets from the button and no reads.
Anyway, here is my graph of about 25,000 hands or so. All but 1000 or so are rush. I will post another update in 25,000 more to see if I am just on a run.
