I play 10nl, and i guess I'm suffering from a form of fancy pants syndrome. I keep over adjusting. When a tight guy seems to be raising his btn a lot, its probably more likely that he has a string of good cards than he's adjusting to my fold to 3bet stat. Just looking back over my hh, when I think to myself, I'm gonna take a stand with these these jacks or whatever it turns out he's got exactly the strength of of hand I should have expected, which sucks for me.

When I think about it, most micro players wouldn't even know how to properly adjust anyways so why should I expect that they're getting exploitative when they're on 12 tables and happily committed wiht any top pair.

ABC poker is the way to go at micro stakes. there are times where you feel like you're getting run over, but the reality is your opponents are running hot. most micro players don't know how to adjust, which is why they are stuck playing the micros forever.

Once again I'm gonna have to agree with Poop and say keep is simple. I don't see alot of adjustment at that level. Even when you felt someone, they're just gonna rebuy and come back and play the same way. Stay tight/aggressive. Bet it when you got it. Fold it when you don't. Pick your spots and get 'em in good.

I often have a similar problem of overthinking players' actions, but at such low stakes, most of them are simply playing their cards and aren't putting much thought into the other players and what they are thinking, so as stated above, it is best to just play straightforward poker at the lower stakes.
