Looking to get some advise to better my game.

I've been on a slump lately and I can't seem to get out of this hole. I feel like it's a mixture of maybe a few mistakes and bad luck at the same time.

I always play in a $1/2 Texas no limit game and over the past few weeks I can't seem to snap out of the losing streak I'm on. It always goes like this....I'll buy it win a certain amount...I'll pick up a few small pots and go up a bit in profit while playing tight aggressive...then all of a sudden I end up losing a big pot (I can safely say probably 75% of the time is a bad beat) and go down in profit. At this point sometimes I'll be short stack or I'll re-buy in and start playing a bit more loose....When this happens, for some odd reason, I always end up doing better at the second half and I'll end up winning what I had originally bought in with back and more.

This is where my problem lies....I have a problem closing the deal....When I'm at a point where I re-bought in, won my money back and went up again...I'll start playing tight again and be a bit more patient since I'm close to calling it a night....I'll end up getting a beautiful hand which I can't pass on (ex. AA, KK, QQ, AK-Aj...something around a class A hand) and then get caught in a big pot and lose close to everything....again....

For ex. last time it happened was this past Friday....I buy in with $120, go up to about $160...Lose everything....re-buy in with $100 and win my money back and go up to about $300...This time it went like this....I'm in middle position and the button had a $7 Mississippi straddle, it gets to me and I raise it to $40 with pocket KKs (The people I play with are extremely loose, reasoning of the big raise), I get 1 caller surprisingly with how loose these guys are......Flop comes JJ7...At this point, me being first to act, I bet $50 into the pot, and he pushes all in for another like $105 I think it was....The guy is loose aggressive and I didn't think he had much of anything....He turned over AQ and tried to push me out of the hand against my KKs...Sure enough the turn is an A and the river an 8.....Lose my stack....Next few hands I wasn't upset at the bad beat, but annoyed...I had pocket 55s and pushed all in loosely and ran against pocket 88s.....

Point is, that this has been happening to me for the past 3-4 weeks. Similar story every time and I tried taking a small break and changing up my game. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
