So guys i moved to pokerstars in april to try and become a supernova first i was 6 tabling regular tables, but recently i've gone to 4 tabling zoom, all 100 NL, but i dont seem to know what im doing wrong, one thing is i have terrible non showdown stats, what can i do reverse that, im currently losing on regular tables 2450 on 51k hands, and on zoom 1105 on 13.5k hands, i think im sticking with zoom

This is why moving your way up stakes slowly is usually a good option. You can learn while dominating a lower stake, and come back when you are ready. But I think you should consider dropping stakes for a little bit. Every player, even the best of the best, have to do it sometimes.

Yeah i've been thinking about that, maybe i should give up the goal of supernova and drop to 50NL zoom, is it much softer?, so i runned the leakbuster free trail and it says i have 6 leaks and it is i 3 bet from BB and SB a little too much, i should 3 bet more w/ position,i play trouble hands like Q10/KJ a little too much, i play SC's from MP too much. but i mean these i think are small leaks that dont justify that much losing

Those sound like pretty big leaks to me personally, although i am an out of practice $200 nl player thats starting back at nl25 after 6 years lol. Anyways, are you a $100nl normally? Or is this a new limit for you? Seems to me you may be coming in with dominated hands? Does it show how much you lost on the KJ Q10?

If I remember correctly (probably not) you posted a thread a while back asking for advice at 100NL. The general response was that you should move down because you aren't good enough for the limit. You seemed rather stung by this, yet here you are, still at 100NL and still losing. Drop down and focus on winning before you bother gearing your play towards bonuses.

As for your play. It would seem you are overvaluing some middling strength hands, focus more on exerting pot control and not getting into super marginal spots against capable opponents.

Im pretty rusty but i dont play hardly any of those hands. Only way i can see winning with them is betting preflop and flop hard and representing a good hand. Every once in awhile youll hit a strait or 2p every once in awhile. Also have to get right off the hand if youre reraised as youre most likely dominated with top pair. Like i said im rusty but the way it looks to me

Go on pokertracker/HM2, save your stats by position, then post them here.

After that post some hands.

Yes ScottishMatt maybe i was a little stubborn but i still think i can beat 100NL, but yes gonna focuse on theory, watching some strategy videos, forums all of that and droping to 50NL.
So doomasiggy i raise 15.5 EP,18.3 MP,22.1,39.5 BTN and 65.7 SB, i think i play a little too much from SB,other positions seem fine

Don't just type the stats, your positional stats include a lot more than just PFR, go onto your stats tracker, save your stats as an image and post your image onto the forum.

and won $154.20 ($76.20 net)

So i have 55 hands on villain he plays 30/27, raises 75% on BTN and folds to 3 bet 80%,calls the other 20%, post flop he doesnt fold to cbets IP, he seems pretty agro, borderline crazy so seems like an esay play, if i bet the turn he folds all his trashy hands if i check hes gonna bluff everything, and on river i was a little hesitant but hes supper agro and has a huge range so call seems fine
