What's better overall? I'm guessing lifetime, but I think there might be a way to make a mouse over function that changes to table session and that may be handy as well. I'm pretty new to HUDs and love it so far and want to get as much out of it as I can. Thanks!

Sorry, it's should I set my HUD stats to lifetime or table session? Do people typically play based on a session, or based on the data I have from them over time?

Set to lifetime. If you hover over the number I believe it brings up lifetime and session? People won't change that much day to day and larger same sizes are more reliable and give in depth stats.

Table session usually doesnt give you enough hands to be reliable. So use lifetime. After about 20 hands, you can check session for VPIP and PFR to see if his play has changed. But you will need hundreds of hands for other session stats to be reliable.

If you hover over the number I believe it brings up lifetime and session?

True if you are on lifetime. Session only shows session on mouseover.
