Let's correlate the Sklansky groups with the number of players at the table
Here are the Sklansky hand groups on the right.
I struggle with opening up my range as the number of players drops in STTs.
Looking at this chart, I realize that I never really go any lower than group 3 hands apart from pocket pairs no matter how many guys are playing. I think about position, and playing style of the villains, but somehow I lose confidence in my hands when they aren't premiums.
Consequence I think is what makes me a short stacker so often when we near the bubble. I swear to god I'm always running on fumes when the money is near.
How low do you go in these groups when the game gets to 6 players? 4 players?
