If you want to improve, you'll have to DROP tables, not add them. Look at what your opponents are doing in the hands you're not involved in. Make notes about how they play.
Play tight, use position to your advantage, don't defend your blinds so often, don't stack off with TPTK or worse, read articles and books (I can recommend John Anhalt's "Polished Poker" and BlackRain79's "Crushing the Microstakes"), review your biggest losing hands, post here, study, study, study.
Until your basic level of play improves, don't play too many tables.
