***June Session Review Signup Thread***

Seen this on another forum and wondered if it could work here.

Basically people post in this thread to signup to get a session review from another member in exchange for reviewing one of their sessions, not sure how its going to pan out as there may be more 6m players than FR and limits may not match up, but people post their game type and limits, and then they are matched up with someone similar. They would then each extract all of the hands from their db for a session that theyve played recently and then swap with each other, then each player looks through the session and comments on how they think they played, any leaks they seen, where they could improve etc etc.

I know I personally dont do enough analysis of my own game anymore, used to but its fizzled out and I need to start getting back into it, so i'm hoping this thread takes off and we can get it going every month, if it doesnt then it'll be a shame i guess.

I'll get the ball rolling then, if people could copy the format below and then matchups will be made at the end of the month.

EDIT: Reviews can be video or text/HEM based. I would suggest a 500 hand max session size, none of you sick grinders dumping a 4k hand 8 hr session on me lol

My game has apparently turned into doggy do after a year of not much playing, followed by trying to adjust to Zoom. And learn PLO.


But I'd be up for $10nl or $25nl FR, games I thought I used to know, and I'm trying to figure out again.

Hey put me down for 25NL FR.

Just some thoughts though: If we get just one session then often times we won't have the same reads on villains that hero would have. It can be okay for watching out for anything that looks blatantly spewy but sometimes hero might be playing the player. For example, fishy player that has only played 10 hands in the session but lets say I have 50 hands on him from previous sessions and valuebet 3 streets with middle pair. Somebody might look at it and be like wtf why are you turning your hand into a bluff.

Not sure how else to get around that though. Live sweats might be better so that Hero can talk through his thought process and the guy watching can take notes and then go over the hands. Another cool thing is to just make a session video and have everybody in the forum, or a private skype group comment on the hands.

I'm up for whatever though.
