JJ feels kinda awkward preflop when facing 3 and 4bets. I rarely see a flop I like and when I get it all in, I'm way behind the premiums and only slightly ahead of AQ+(at 4nl AQ is still regularly in their preflop shoving range). Every once in a while you get lucky against 88-1010 or AJ once in a blue moon.

So if you could talk about how you play JJ pre flop in and out of position when
a)faced with a big 3bet oop
b)faced with a big 3bet in pos (call or 4bet against which ranges)
c)faced with a small 4bet oop/in pos
d)faced with a big 4bet oop/in pos

a) I consult the the chart
b) If I think villain has a *lot* of BS in his range, I call. If I don't, I consult the chart again.
c & d) Size of the 4-bet doesn't really matter, but typically it just comes down to position & if I think villain is capable of 4-bet bluffing/getting it in light. At 4NL, I'd be folding to most 4-bets from full stacked villains.

Also, learn the WA/WB concept.
