I've been going over some live cash games on youtube - bad play?
in particuler dusk till dawn international, and some other party poker
Theirs alot of unorthadox or what I would regard as bad play, playing hands such as 6 2 off and 7-2 calling free bets out of position and just generally going 5 ways into pots with hands not that strong..
is this advisable for live games? where as online differs due to hand volume or are some of these guys just idiots who gotlucky or had a bit of cash behind them to invest into poker...
i mean simple logic would suggest by playing solid and letting them bet into you when holding the goods would be profitable alone.. ofcourse with the added benifit of gaining respect when bluffing later on...
perhaps they have so much money they aren't really concerned about leaks and are more concerned for their egos on attempting to bluff?
